Estil Guru G-FLEX is a waterproof, anti-fracture decoupling membrane installed between the substrate and Mas Maya Coating.
It consists of a polyethylene membrane bonded to a geotextile layer, with circular air pockets in between. These pockets allow controlled movement, helping the finished surface remain stable even when the substrate beneath is not.
In simple terms, G-FLEX separates movement from Mas Maya Coating, protecting the final finish from cracking, moisture stress, and structural shifts.

While Mas Maya Coating is flexible and breathable, certain substrates need extra support. Estil Guru G-FLEX is designed for critical surfaces — those that are cracked, damp, unstable, or prone to movement.
The membrane helps absorb:

By decoupling the substrate from Mas Maya Coating, Estil Guru G-FLEX significantly reduces the risk of cracks transferring through to the finished surface. At the same time, it provides reliable waterproofing without requiring expansion joints to be carried through the coating in large areas.
