We are delighted to offer our high-quality, natural plaster products to customers across Europe. To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Production Time: It takes up to 10 days to create our handcrafted products.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping within Europe

  • Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within Europe. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
  • Delivery Time: Orders within Europe typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Please note that this is in addition to the 10-day production time.

Shipping Methods

  • We utilize reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, and local courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Order Status: You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our Shopify store.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Weather Delays: Shipping times may be affected by severe weather conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • VAT: Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the price of our products for customers within the European Union. 
    • VAT is not included in the price for private individuals outside of the European Union.
    • VAT is not included in the price for businesses outside of Spain
  • Customs Fees: Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival and are not covered by Mas Maya.

Damages and Issues

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hi@mastranquila.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will rectify the issue promptly.
