Mas Maya Heavy-Duty Sealer is a solvent-based, bi-component polyurethane designed for the ultimate protection of Mas Maya Coating in high-traffic environments such as floors and commercial properties like hotels, shops or restaurants. It should be used as an additional layer, once Mas Maya Presealer and Sealer has already been applied.
It provides a matte-finish seal with exceptional hardness, full waterproofing, and long-lasting resistance. Its UV filter prevents yellowing over time, ensuring durable protection for both indoor and outdoor surfaces.

Coverage:
- 1.5 litres covers approximately 10m² (with two layers), depending on surface texture and porosity.
Usage Instructions:
- First apply Mas Maya Coating with Mas Maya Presealer and Mas Maya Sealer. Allow the Sealer to dry before applying the Heavy-Duty Sealer.
- Mix 2 parts of Component A with 1 part of Component B until fully blended.
- Apply with a short-pile roller or airless spray gun.
- For the best results, apply two coats.
- Allow each coat to dry for a minimum of 4 hours before applying the next.
- Full curing occurs after 72 hours; avoid water contact for 5 days after application.

- Application: Use a trowel to apply the plaster onto the surface in thin, even coats. For a rustic texture, one coat is sufficient. For a polished, smooth texture and an organic, cloudy effect, apply two or three coats, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next.
- Finishing: After the final coat, use a trowel or sponge to achieve the desired finish. For a polished look, you can burnish the surface with a trowel for a smooth, silky finish.
